Individual Psychotherapy: $130-175 (sliding scale)
Couples Psychotherapy: $175-200 (sliding scale)
Executive Coaching: Call for more information about fee range
I also accept a few insurance plans.
Paying outside of insurance has the benefit of increased privacy and flexibility. Also, note that psychotherapy is a qualified expense for Health Care Savings and Flex Spending health accounts.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for:
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (though Aurora Healthcare's BCBS plan does not include non-Aurora providers)
Many commercial health plans have out-of-network coverage which may cover or partially cover the cost of sessions. You can find out more about your out-of-network benefits by calling your insurance company.
Insurance payment and fees are facilitated by a billing service independent of my practice. You may contact them with questions about co-pays, etc: BPI Solutions, 414-837-6391

- Most psychotherapy sessions are 55 minutes long.
- Please cancel or reschedule a session with 24 hours notice (longer if possible)
- You will be charged for late cancellations or not showing up at all.
- If you are concerned about insurance issues, please contact your insurance company; I cannot be aware of all of the specific details and exclusions of each insurance plan.
